How to access cPanel?

I'm sorry for posting here, I do not know where to post as I'm new to here, and I have ordered one of your free forums as my host, thank you, but I really have a problem that I can not login to my cPanel, it shows "[FONT=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]You must specify a username to login." I have a username, and I don't know what happened, do I need to do anything else guys, please help me out here, thanks. [/FONT]

I'm terribly sorry for double posting, as I see I can enter my Control Panel, but I want my forums, it doesn't work, when I tried to search my server it shows this

login to your X10 portal then there is a blue box saying "Access cPanel" click this then use file manager or setup a ftp account and delete everything in the "public_html" folder then upload your site or forum software.

I deleted everything in the "public_html" now I don't know how to set it up.
