How to access free hosting through SSH

Hi,
I want to install SSL certificate in my free hosting account. But there is not any SSH option under security tab.

Can anyone tell me how to do access it though Putty, please

Free hosting does not provide SSL or SSH. You can use SSL with Cloudflare Flexible SSL.

i am trying to signup for CloudFlare, it asked for email address and accept terms and conditions. i did all and clicked on SignUp Now button but nothing happened. Page does not refresh or work.
