I have a minecraft server and i want to make a subdomain pointing to my servers ip and port

You can modify your account's DNS records from the Advanced DNS Editor. To access this, you would need to switch to the cPanel x3 theme, by clicking "Switch Theme" in the top-right of cPanel, and clicking "Switch to cPanel x3". You should then see the "Advanced DNS Editor" icon on your cPanel homepage.
