how to attach forum account to hosting account

I got an E-mail said that I have to register a forum account and attach it to my hosting account so that my account won't affected by inactivity policy. The E-mail said " Simply sign into our free hosting Account Panel and navigate to the "Account" > "Register Forum" page through the navigation menu at the top. " But I didn't found "Account" on my control panel of hosting account. So I registered this forum using my e-mail address , but I don't know how to attach the account to my hosting aocunt. Anyone would give me a help?

my cpanel username is leetom, the same as in this forum.

Go to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with cPanel username and password.
Go to "Account" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "forum account".

Enter your existing forums account there and Click on Swap Forum Account Link.

Note: Make sure that the email of client account and forums account is same, otherwise you will get an error.
