Put shortcuts to every application on the PC in the Startup folder, and then tell them that the PC needs rebooting.

Tap your pencil/pen/whatever on your desk loudly so it makes heaps of repetitive, annoying tapping/clicking sounds.

Also, another trick is to turn someone's computer volume to full.
