how to change my password and i cant log in!

i cant seem to log in and change my password at all, i got to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php whack in my details and it said i wasnt registered, my details were correct and now im getting the "An error occurred attempting to process your request. Please try again momentarily. (Error Code DEADBEEF)" message and i have no idea what to do, i really need to get in there
