How to close down entire x10hosting account

I recently had my website shutdown because it was inactive for too long. I have decided it time to move over to a payed hosting package so would like to shut down my entire x10hosting account. This includes any storage, forums or similar.

Please can someone tell me how to go about this.

As I am requesting for everything to be close down, please can I be notified by email (registered address) to inform me that this has happened.

We do not delete forum accounts, Has your cpanel hosting account been terminated? If not please post your cpanel username.

cpanel is also inaccessible so I guess it has also been terminated.

Please close down/disable any of my accounts if it is not procedure to delete.
