How to create a site with user accounts?

Seriously!
Im really aching to know.
And I need to start this thread to get un-suspended! xD silly me. I was one day off... Busy. With school and such, and the worst part is i logged in today and got suspended like an hour later....

So as soon as i get un-suspended, im going to try all of the options you guys give me!!

oops. I looked around a bit and figured out how to unsuspend myself.
Im still very curious to know how to make a user enabled page though!!!

Can you explain a bit on what a "User-Enabled" page is?

I presume you mean something where someone goes onto your site, registers and makes their own profile and then can surf around your site?

As starshine said can you give us some more information as to what you actually mean?
