How to create a webpage?

Is there a way to install a free template for my webpage?, I don't know how to create a webpage using HTML,PHP all that stuff I havn't learned any of it, I just want to create one something like a blog like page to put some information up and look nice as well, also a banner at the top. Is there a drag and drop software I can use? I just registered, Thanks any help would be appreciated.

Well, you are going to have to do some learning, if you want a blog I would suggest wordpress but you'll need to upgrade your PHP to intermediate.

You can upgrade to intermediate by going here: http://x10hosting.com/login use your FORUM user\pass. Once in on the bottom left select intermediate.

After you are upgraded login to your cPanel, go to Fantastico and install Wordpress.

my first page ever was made with mambo. its pretty striaght forward. and if you log into your control panel go to fantastico and it auto installs scripts for you (mambo and lots of others included)

i suggest you try drupal it has nice collection of templates and it is all in one script, once installed no need for any other script or tools. and you dont even need to know any html or php scripts if you want to insert ad or any other script to your website just add blocks.

I'm trying I am on the free account, can I still go intermediate?

Everytime I try I get this error?

Yes, by intermediate he means the php version and all users can request Intermediate so follow Coreys instructions and your php version will be upgraded

You are on the cossacks server. Those accounts that are on that server are being moved to a different server. I think php upgrades for those accounts are probably turned off until the move has been completed. (correct me if i am wrong)

If you are interested in having a blog, then go for WordPress. Drupal is cool too. If you need help on DRUPAL, then PM me. WordPress has lots of free themes you can choose from. DRUPAL is more for intermediate to advanced users only. WordPress is for beginners, easy.
