How to create website?

How do i just edit the website there- And where can i get the 468 by 60 ad- i tried making this:

Also Please Try to avoid creating multiple threads.

In terms of creating your actual website, you can do it from the cpanel in the file manager, make sure that you are editing files which are in the public_html folder, otherwise they will not be shown on the website. The root of the 'public_html' folder corresponds to your website root.
