How to delete a FORUM account only i accidently just did help please ?

Hello x10 helpers and everyone;

I did a messy thing I tried to log into my account for Forum here not my website and . I could not remember password... so i asked to then its sent a mail to an address i deleted about 6 months ago so .. i thought .. i will start new one .. this one then .. i found out the other old address i could reset password with other email .. so basicly i made a mess of another account when i would just like to have the one account i had..(yesi know was silly ) but in all the pages of Forum account i ca not find out how delete my Forum account only i dont want my website deleted and i can find a lot of informatio on that.. Does any one kow or can anyone help me perhaps on how i can delete the forum account only please? i would appreaciate any help as i am looking in circles stuck and i can't honestly see where it is that i can do this (only web deleteion ) and i don't want mess of two forum accounts. thak you again i appreicate anyone that can help me .. thank you everyone. for reading..

check your email address. and i know you have receive a message from x10 and then read it. unless you delete all messages from x10.

Visiting the Account Portal once per month is a requirement to keep your hosting account active.

All that we require is that you access the portal while authenticated.

I appreciate the help but i am not trying to delete the website account of x10 as my problem is as i was trying to say you know how your forum here community password etc is not same as web on x10? i am only trying to delete the FORUM account this one not the website ..

i can not find a delete button for this Forum for this account and i can't find directions on how to delete the forum account only (( all i find is tonnes of how to delete the website account or simply leave it 28 days.. the forum account does not auto delete so i don't know how to do it

i do appreicate you reading but i t is the Forum here account only i wish to delete not the website thanks for reading and any help on this problem is appreciated from yourself if you know how to do this part only the forum part deletion ...

or anyone that may know how to do this as i can't find out how to and they are not self deleting as the websites are if you don't sign in and i want to delete this doubled one now ..... any one still can Help me at all please? with this issue or where i find the delete forum account only or how to ? (i do not wish my web site deleted and this forum sign up is a different password and user name and such and even email so i i can't seem to find how to delete the community account forum only .. thanks i hope i have explained a little clearer or better this time

To make sure I understand, it sounds like you want to delete an account on this website, https://x10hosting.com/community/, is this correct?
If this is correct... you cannot do this, you can safely just stop using the account.

To keep your hosting account open, you have to log in to the account portal using the links at the top right of https://x10hosting.com/

Hello Sharky yes that is exactly what i meant as i have had a x10 hosting account for about a year. but i only joined the forum last year.. now i have two accounts cause of this accident and go confused with my mail what i used and what i was asking for a reset and some how re joined. and yes i did and do not wish to delete my website

It is unfortunate that i can not delete or there is no way to delete the forum accounts as .. i personally don't like leaving email address ' out in the wild' for more junk mail or meta-crawling i prefer just to be tidy and clean them up and such so i did not want to just not use it withough getting rid of the .. account delting it but now you tell me this is not possible..

i appreciate the answer and the help.. as i say i prefer to be tidy and such .. esp with mail addresses when i alrady have one on the other account. it was a silly confusing error that i did after firstly not being able to find the new ' web creation thing i just got my old files back when i cam ehere to as how to do this after making that error in logging in and somehow making aother account.

i personally don't like leaving email address ' out in the wild' for more junk mail or meta-crawling

within a hour - after you make a post in this forum - Google and others like it will have a copy of it - it is then in the 'wild' - deleting the post will not get it back out of it

Our Privacy Policy says "We absolutely do not transfer or sell your information for inclusion on third-party e-mail or other marketing lists." and this has held true for quite some time.

Note also that deleting your hosting account will still leave any forum accounts attached to it intact. The solution to no longer wanting a forum account is to simply stop using it; if you'd like, I can lock/ban it for you so that nobody else could log in and use it to post/spam in case they guess your password.

yes i don't mind of course all my past posts being read for years to come, as that is how i have found many answers to problems by old posts and no i do not mind that at all .. It is just the email that bothers me mostly .. so if it is possibel to ban the community account this one i am posting on now (then i can use my other one ) clean up the mess of having the accidental two and not worry that i have 2 mails out there.. what do i need to do that for this ' wordage account please " and thank you all again for your information and help as i wish to stay with the forum ( other account ) i wish to have web page which i am now renovating but i made a mess doing the reset a password and should not have ended up with this account was a mistake i did not mean to make so banning this would be good so no one can get it or try to guess this password please Skizzers... please let me know what i need to do or send to staff ..
