How to fix Internal Server Error (500)??

My site show this Error massage when use mySQL how to fix this error?

Change the permissions on the forum folder to 755, you have them set at 777 which is a security loophole and thus the server prevents execution of any file within that folder.

Once that's done, change all php files to 644, and all folders within the forum folder to 755 as well. If it's still erroring after that, post back.
