i can now back up my database but still one of my database still having problem connecting. what should i do with this? or ill just wait until they will fix the server?

you have the config.php file configured whith data base server in "localhost" ?

Is your config file formatted like this?
Database name: CpanelUsername_databasename
Username: CpanelUsername_databaseUsername
