How to get a MySQL database into CS3 Dreamweaver

I have created a database in my Cpanel, but want to import it into dreamweaver cs3. Can someone please tell me how i can do this? I have set up the FTP for my files OK, i just can't figure out how to get the database settings.

x10 do not allow external access by default to their mysql, as a result, the simpler answer would be if you're able to do your own coding would be to download a copy of mysql from http://www.mysql.org and run a local database and import a backup of your live one.

Dreamweaver allows for you to use different database connections for test and live.
