How to get Email form on Site Builder to work

I created the Email Form using Site Builder and published it to my web page but when i go to the web page and fill out the form and submit it, nothing happens. Do I have to add a script for it or something in Site Builder?

I would not know? I think you should look up "Zyro web builder E-Mail form setup" Zyro is the type of web-builder used.
