How to get rid off junk mails flooding to my Inbox

Since joining x10hosting.com free web hosting service, my email Inbox is full of junk mails. Is there an overall junk sender list that I can use? How to create own junk mail list?

Make sure that Apache SpamAssassin is enabled in cPanel.

No matter what I set Apache SpamAssassin in cPanel. No junk mail has been found in "Junk/Spam" folder at all.
