Fantastico is pretty easy to just follow. Pick the forum you want. Click the link to install and follow the directions it gives.

ok i login to my cpanel under Software/Services I click on Fantastico De luxe
then what do I click on, Fantastico looks confusing

Under the forums you will see SMF and PHBB, if not more. Just click on them and on the right side, you will see an installation procedure. Follow it.
