Hi Friend...
As a new user I can help you in designing as for as i know.
You can design your website by modifying free templates using html and css. for that you need basic knowledge about them.
If you don't have such knowledge you can have your site using wordpress. Which contains good looking templates. Simply you have to select the one which you like and have to update the contents.
you can use wordpress in our X10hosting using softaculous in the cpanel.
