What, where do I insert ads for a Perl Forum, that doesn't use an opening Index.html file ? and all pages are separate template files, with content derived and passed from perl scripts ?

Ok i'll add the tutorial in phpnuke...... i think the file that you should edit is the header.php or footer.php in your theme folder and not in the root of your directory...
