How to install phpBB3

I've been wasting my times searching on how to install phpbb3.

Here's what I do:
I upload the phbb3 folder to public_html. Then, I type http://myname.x10hosting.com/phpBB3/install/index.php. The page is blank. Why?? :nuts:

Have I make any mistakes?

chmod all files to 755 and the files the install will say as unwriteable to 777 when you come to that step. Or do like I (I had the same problem):
1.delete all files
2. Zip the forumfiles on your computer
3. Upload the zip WITH the browser filemanager in your cpanel
4. extract it
5. chmod all files to 755

After changing the chmod, what will i need to do?

Go here and update your PHP version to intermediate:
http://x10hosting.com/login <-- User your FORUM user\pass.

One more last question:

What should i put Database server hostname or DSN:, Database name:, etc

localhost is correct, leave the port field blank.

Your database name and username should start with zetsu216_
The name and username is what you set in cPanel when you created the database.
