How to install SSL certificate?

How do I enable https? I can generate free certificates elsewhere.

You can't do it directly on Freepages. You will need to use cloudflare.

I've linked up cloudflare with the site yesterday via cPanel but don't see any options in the "security" section. I then logged onto cloudflare website and toggled on SSL there - is this all I need to do? Currently there's still no https, but may be because the certification isn't issued yet on Cloudflare.
