Step 1: Register on the forums
Step 2: Update your E-mail address in cPanel. This can be done by going to the update contact info around the top of your cPanel.
Step 3:Go to http://x10hosting.com/account and login with your FORUM username and password.
Step 4: Put in your cPanel user name.
Step 5: An Email will be sent to the E-mail address that you updated with an activation link.
Step 6: Click the activation link or copy and paste it into your browser, again make sure you are logged into the forums.
Step 7: Your accounts are now linked and you may make changes to: http://x10hosting.com/account.
Step 8: Login to the forums once every two weeks to keep your hosting.

Note: It can take up to 4 hours after you update your Email in cPanel before being able to request the activation link.

Please also check SPAM\BULK Email folders. You have until next Monday to link the accounts before you will be suspended again.

Why are we making you do this?
To increase communication with our members. Most of our members never check the news or the forums for information. By forcing everyone to check in once every two weeks we will make sure you are up to date with our newest policies. This will also allow us to know how many active accounts there are so we know how many people to let in each day.

Make sure you have done this :

Step 2: Update your E-mail address in cPanel. This can be done by going to the update contact info around the top of your cPanel.

Or your email wont be sent. its not connected to forum or x10 hosting account's email. you have to set this email manually.

Its still not working. I have vertified each step and looked if I put the wrong email and it's correct. I still don't get an email. It's been a week now already.

Why we aren't getting helped on this. Two weeks already and I can't have my site suspended each week, I have vertified each step and I have no email in my address. :'(
