HOW TO: Link your forum account with cPanel.

My contact email for cpanel is cruddpuppet@gmail.com and it is the same for the forum account. But when i click the http://forums.x10hosting.com/cPanelLink.php link, it's just a blank page.

Try now because when http is off on the free server that page dosnt ushally load

My Hosting account was suspended because it was not linked to a Forums account. I followed the links to fix this but because my account was suspended I am unable to log into cpanel to set my email address.

My domain is franko553.x10hosting.com.
My cpanel login is franko55.
My forums login is franko5534.
My email is franko553@gmail.com.

I have followed every single one of these steps and even checked to see if I had my e-mail wrong, but I didn't. I have yet to receive the e-mail and it has been over 4 hours [yesterday in fact]. I even tried seeing if changing my e-mail would help [from my gmail to my hotmail]. Is there some other way to link?

You don't get an email when your account is linked. Your account looks linked to me, so you have no problems.

Really? I was under the impression that an e-mail is sent to you with a link so that you can link your forum account with cPanel. It even said "An e-mail will be sent to your cPanel e-mail address with further instructions". But if I do not have to do that, then I don't have to be worried about being suspended for it.

You said it looks like I am linked and I will take your word for it. Thanks.

Just try logging into http://x10hosting.com/account with your forum account, you will see your hosting account. Which will mean that it is in fact, linked.

Looks to me like your account linked fine. I don't think you get an email.

As stated above, have you been able to link your account to the forum? You can check this by following this link http://x10hosting.com/account

Try logging in using your forum username and password and you should come to a page where the first thing you will see is various specs on your cpanel account,
