How to log in to build my web page

I know it may sound dumb. But somehow I can not locate the place where I can log in to build my web page. Please help. Thank you for your attention.

Log in here: https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php using your email or forum username and password. Then click on hosting, then click on login to cPanel. It should take you directly to cPanel. There are many different options from there like Softaculous, file manager and Reptile SiteBuilder to build your site with.

Thank you for your info. I tried it out but " login to cPanel " is not there. Please tell me where to locate it.
