How to login into hosting account?

I just recieved a confimation email stating that my free hosting account is ready, when I attemp to login I get the following:
"You've successfully signed up!

We've sent an email to the address shown below.
The email contains an approval link, please click and follow it.

If you do not have access to inbox shown, enter another address."

I do not have an "approval link" contained in the email

Hello, what was the subject of the email that you received stating that your account was ready? I am not seeing your email address confirmed and due to that your signup would not have been processed yet. If you haven't received the confirmation email please follow the resend button and check your spam/junk mail folder.
