How to merge my subdomain with my x10hosting account ?

Hey,

I bought a domain at 1&1 : azunyan.fr and I created a subdomain www.azunyan.fr
I want to merge my subdomain www.azunyan.fr with my x10hosting account.
But I don't want a DNS redirection, a friend told me about a "A thing" to be more efficient than the DNS redirection.

I hope you understand what I want to do.

Point the A record to 69.175.121.66 (this is your server ip address.)

Then park the domain
or
make it primary domain
or
add as addon domain

In Parked domain how to add my subdomain ? It just add azunyan.fr but not www.azunyan.fr, it will work with azunyan.fr ? I want to access to my siteweb at http://www.azunyan.fr

A record is used to point a domain to another place.

Here you said you want to use a subdomain to point using A record.

Lets say forums.azunyan.fr you want to use, Then point the A record of forums.azunyan.fr to the ip

then in the parked domain add the forums.azunyan.fr


This is generally done in the case where the domain to be pointed to one place and the subdomain point to some other place.

In 1&1 I put the A record address to www.azunyan.fr

But in 10xhosting it's not working I've got an error :

Why can't I put a domain witch start with www. ?
