How to modify Mail date ?

Hello support !
1st of all I'm not able to send mails for the last 2 months ! (If anybody paying attention to it)

Ok now general question, How do I change the date of the mail received according to my county ?
Everytime I receives a mail I have to calculate the time to see when exactly that mail arrived !

Have you checked the main cPanel account to see if the emails bounced back or the spam folder of the email you are sending to?

Its working now form cPanel ! Last week it was saying "no such user/account"
But I'm still not able to send from thunderbird ! I haven't changed anything from the time when I first configured it.
Is there any new changes I have to make ?
