I have a rather large site currently on 000webhost. How should I move it here?

If you have any databases, you can export them in phpMyAdmin.

As for the files, you can download and upload them via FTP.

By 'large', do you mean as in the file size?

As long as it doesn't exceed 50,000 files, it should be okay (I however suggest to keep as far away from the limit as possible due to how it can break things).

FTP would be a simple way to just download everything from your old server onto your desktop. Then login here via FTP and upload everything from your desktop.

The MySQL needs more care. If you are moving WordPress, even more important to follow the steps. According to the official guide - https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress

And another step by step guide for Moving WordPress - http://www.wpexplorer.com/migrating-wordpress-website/

You could also zip the whole site if you're on CPanel hosting. Then download the zip file and upload onto the CPanel hosting here at x10hosting

* - bold by me

with some CMS accounts (i.e. like WordPress) there can be a issue with the size of the Zip file - x10hosting's users do not have much room (i.e. amount of ram) to up-load and extract files from a large zip file and it can be more than 512 MB in size which is the limit of new x10hosting's free-hosting accounts

Thanks for the warning note about the size of the zip files.
