How to pay a invoice? I only have print or cancel options.

Hello, I need to pay an overdue invoice from a Starter account, but I've lost access to my old PayPal account.
In the invoice dashboard, I don't have the option to pay; there are only the options to print or cancel.
How can I change my old PayPal account to a new one so I can pay?
Can I pay by card or PayPal directly without changing my old PayPal account?

Your account has been terminated and removed from our system since Oct. of 2024. Do you have a secondary account with us that is more active? We can also see this previous service did not have a starter package assigned.

Yes, that's correct, I had a free trial account (now inactive) and then opened a Starter account because it better suited my needs.
