How to point a domain name to my website hosted here?

Hi ive done this before but my x10hosting account got deleated because of inactivity so im just setting it up again but have forgotten how to do it ive changed the nameservers for my domain name which is with 123-reg just wondering what i need to do in my x10 hosting account?
