You'll have to explain a bit more, but you may have to transfer your wix domain to a registrar like namecheap and then set your nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com, and ns2.x10hosting.com.
I can't change the name servers now as wix.com doesn't allow me to do so until 60 days later. what I did is I have change the A server point to x10.
I just want it work like a redirect which when people type urbantribesmusic.com, then they will be direct straight to my
http://urbantribes.x10.mx which is currntly my main page.
at the moment the only thing I did was point my domain to the shared IP address in my Cpanel which is 69.175.120.122.

Seems you have it working, after a fashion.
You have wix's nameservers pointing your domain to your server, Starka.
But you have a redirect from your .com name to your x10.mx name, which shows up in the browser address. Don't think that is what you want. You should remove the redirect and then sign into your WordPress admin via the x10.mx address and change the 'site URL' to the .com address.
What I want now is from my .com direct to x10.mx
so what should I do? at the moment when I type urbantribesmusic.com it goes to
http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ and state that the website is not use.
I think something is missing. since I am using a share IP. I will nee to also direct people to my site add not only the IP right?
