How to point x10hosting domain to other domains

Hi, I need help on x10hosting DNS settings. I have a domain www.icmda.net pointing to www.icmda.net.x10.mx with ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. However the child pages like www.icmda.net.x10.mx/contact-us shows up as only www.icmda.net. THe domain host has asked me to set the correct DNS settings on x10hosting. When I go to DNS settings in x10hosting control panel there is no dns settings. THe CPanel does show a shared IP 198.91.81.4 . can I use this as a A RECORD on the domain host service ?

DNS (Domain Name System) [ A ] record of IP [ 64.99.80.30 ] - which is NOT x10hosting's --> http://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/icmda.net
DNS [ NS ] records of [ NS1.HOVER.COM ] and [ NS2.HOVER.COM ] - which is NOT x10hosting's --> http://whois.domaintools.com/icmda.net

However the child pages like http://www.icmda.net.x10.mx/contact-us shows up as only http://www.icmda.net

I do NOT see http://www.icmda.net.x10.mx/contact-us as being the same site (page) as http://www.icmda.net

IP 198.91.81.4 is for your server named [ Vox ]

To reset the DNS setting in cPanel so you can see them try...

cPanel --> [ Advanced DNS Zone Editor ]

Reset Zone File --> [ more ]

Put check in front of "Are you sure..."

Click on [ Reset Zone File]

I do NOT see http://www.icmda.net.x10.mx/contact-us as being the same site (page) as http://www.icmda.net

Sorry its www.icmda.net.x10.mx/contact . I need this to display as www.icmda.net/contact. (www.icmda.net is pointing to ns1 and ns2 x10hosting.com)


Now after pointing www.icmda.net to ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com the website does not load. Should I reset the DNS settings on x10hosting CPanel ?

Have you added it as a parked domain yet?

I assume you have added the domain [ icmda.net ] as a 'addon domain' or a 'parked domain'

I would try to reset the DNS settings on x10hosting CPanel - to get the domain [ icmda.net ] to work (load)

Yes I have added www.icmda.net as a parked domain and redirected it to www.icmda.net.x10.mx

IS this setting correct ?
