Login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php . You can view your suspension reason there.
aslo check whether you can un suspend yourself.IF NOT POST BACK HERE THE REASON.

Your suspension reason is unknown. I am going to notify staff about this, they will unsuspend you.

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account, it will be fully unlocked shortly.
I was unable to find reason, but my guess would be HRU, it is a fairly common reason with an automated suspension, which lately seem to fail to show reason in account panel.
