How to reactivate my account

Your Account is not suspended.

Your server is chopin and probably your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com for more info.

I do show your Drupal site with a Drupal "Site off-line" page.

And an error message:
The mysqli error was: Access denied for user 'lberlin_lberlin'@'10.1.0.230' (using password: YES).

This may be due to your config file not having the HOST names set to 'localhost', or it might be caused by the continued migration of Chopin.

His Domain is pointed to Old Ip of chopin (216.245.205.66)

The OLD chopin server is ON just for Account transfer..
MYSQL is not running on it... Thats why His site is giving database error..
