how to regain access to the old hosting account

dear sir/madam

with all due respect i have registered for the free hosting account with the domain name

now it keeps showing me this page

http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

it was opening quite fine earlier. but now no free hosting and no hosting account exist . i login with the the user name axedeo and password but it shows error that you dont have a account and i cannot even access the mail account why is that. kindly please provide with a solution. thank you


tell me the steps to regain access to the account i just going nuts kindly please help i have some of most import mails residing in the mail account.

Your hosting account still exists, but you've logged into the wrong forum account to inquire about it. Please login to the correct forum account amitabhverma. After that, please login to the account panel with your registered email, and then you can unsuspend yourself.
