How to retrieve my original domain?

Hi,

My site was lost in the recent server transfers.

I have re-registered but have been unable to get my original domain [rcd.pcriot]. On advice, I registered another domain and then attempted to change it to the original one.


This is what I get when trying to change the main domain;

An error occurred while processing this action. The error is message is shown. (NO, IT ISN'T)

Can someone help me out? The error message is not shown.

Is there any sort of set of numbers and letters shown(like abcd1234 or a1b2c3d4)
Also you do not have an account attached to your forum account. In the future, its best to make a post using that account.

Yes, there are numbers are shown in my original post [JblNN9i6TbUn].

I'm not sure how the accounts are set up here, but I am logged in with my forum account. I have found no other way to get post in the forums.

You say you opened another Free Hosting Account with a different domain name.

Our system does not show any Free Hosting Account associated with this Forum username .

What is your cPanel name and the new domain of your Free Hosting Account?

My hosting name (which I suppose is the same as the cPanel name?) before the server issue was RC.

Now when I try to login with that it doesn't work, but when I login with my email address and my original password it does work.

The new domain I got is [rcd.x10.bz]. I just tried to change the domain to my original one [rcd.pcriot] again, but it still gives an error.

How can I get me original domain back?
