How to set an image as thumbnail on flv player of a webpage?

Hello,
I've a website. Url: http://remnantcry.com/. There is a video on top. I want to set an image as thumbnail. If possible please tell me the code for this. You can see the video source code by pressing ctrl+U. I'll be grateful if someone tell me the solution.

I think the best way is to merge the image as the 1st frame of your video. That way, the image becomes the start of your video.
