how to set up domain name

gud day to all.i dont know how to set up the dns or the domain name.it alwasy give me the reply of error everytime i change the primary domain name.i have a domain name registered already.i already point my domain name here using ns1 and ns2. why its still not activated?

also, i cannot log in to the forum. the sign in area cannot be input by letters
