how to setup domain for easy mail access

hi i wanted to setup a domain something like mail.mysite.com, where i can simply add in my login and access my mail, is it possible if yes then how

I haven't tried this, but under Softaculous there is an email client roundcube. Providing it sets up correctly you could install it to your server under your subdomain 'mail'
