How to setup Signature?

This is very silly but I cannot seem to find where I can set my signature up at?

Left column.
Edit signature.

perhaps you need certain number of posts to use this feature. I am not sure but I have seen such things on few other forums.

I believe that forum users are allowed to create / modify signature after 5 posts here.
