Basically I want to know the best way to stream a live audio radio feed on my site.
The kind of thing I want is like this (but with a better design) unless there are other, better options:

Here is a site I found to help but I am unsure as to whether it is the best way. The shows I have been told are not to be pre-recorded and are actually LIVE???
