How to upgarde free account

I currently have a free account, but I want to upgrade my account so that I don't get suspended for not visiting forum regularly. Please advise how can i do that and what are the available options? I would also prefer a option with SOAP service activated.

You either have to order a paid plan (either paid or a VPS, paid is recommended if you aren't too techy and just wants a website put up, VPS if you want more control of how everything runs, but this would require some experience with linux), or buy the inactivity timer from the user CP on these forums, under the option "Paid Subscriptions", if you don't want to login once every 31 days
