how to upload files to the server

have no idea how filezilla works, i keep getting the could not connect to server error message can someone help

That is not your cPanel username.
Your cPanel username is reeves10

Are you able to login to C panel.You can also upload files through c panel .

ok, i managed to log in on filezilla but im not sure if i uploaded all my Files and folders correctly. I have a folder called "reeves website" and that contains other folders like templates images and all the webpages, i dragged the contents of the folder and not the folder itself into the "public_html" folder but when i try my web address "www.reevesii.co.cc" i see nothing

You'll need to set your nameserves at co.cc to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
