How to upload MySql Database to x10hosting

this may sound so newbie but I would just like to know because I really cant figure it out and I really need it for our thesis. I have database created already and I would just like to sync it with my php and html pages. Hope someone can help me thanks!

1) Dump your database into a .sql file. You haven't said what MySQL client you use on your local computer so I can't help you with that.
2) Login to your cPanel
3) Open the phpMyAdmin (it's located under "Databases" section)
4) Click on the "Import" tab (upper right)
5) In the "File to import" section choose the file you want to upload and upload it.
