how to use domain for weebly

Hi guys is there anyways I can use my x10hosting domain for weebly? it says to change the A records which i dont know how to do

I'm under the impression this does not work, but if it did, you would go to cPanel --> Domains box --> Advanced DNS Zone Editor --> Domain: whatever.x10host.com --> Edit (right of whatever.x10host.com) --> Change Address value to indicated A record.
