If you are talking about http://hamkarsystem.com

Then you need to change the nameservers to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

The nameservers propagation may take upto 48 hours.


If you are talking about new domain then

you have to park the domain or add as addon domain in Cpanel

or

can make that domain as your primary domain in your account panel
