you have to change the name severs to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Name servers propagation may take 24 to 48 hours

Then you can change your primary domain int account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

Or

You can park the domain in your Cpanel.
