How would I back up my website?

I will be using Wordpress as a CMS for my website. I was wondering with the limits to the free hosting plan, would using a plugin to backup take up too many server resources? If so, what could I do to back up my Wordpress website?

You can use a plugin to back up your website, just make sure to set it to back up at a sane rate and subsequently download the backups it makes to your local PC. If you are running out of disk space, delete old backups to make more room -- you will not be eligible for an upgrade to unmetered disk space if the majority of it is occupied by backups.
