How would i go about moving my forum to another host?

Well since getting x10 free hosting i have had nothing but problems... People cant join because it crashes so much.. I cant upload package to make my forum better (I'm using SMF 1.1.6)


So how cant i move the whole forum over without having to install it all over again?

Depends where you move it, you're probably best asking your new host.
