hello. Ive figured out the problem... there is a .htaccess file in my /home/bymtrust/public_html/bymtrust/acquia directory that is not being read, its not taking effect, its not even appearing in my file manager so i can edit it. Could you please fix this, so the redirect within, takes effect?

You could try turning off SEO URLs and then re-enabling them. That will sometimes work with WordPress. It might work with Drupal.
Or you could post your .htaccess for us to see if we can suggest a fix.
